Request Submitted to the Japanese Society of Hospital Pharmacists Regarding Considerations in Medication Guidance for Olaparib

On November 6, 2019, ISPACOS visited the Japanese Society of Hospital Pharmacists and submitted a request titled “Considerations in Medication Guidance for Olaparib.”

Through this request, ISPACOS expressed its hope that stronger collaboration between hospitals and community pharmacies will help to ensure that medication guidance for patients is provided with appropriate care and consideration.
